We used multiple layers of tulle to create the layers and shape the voluminous skirt. The outer layer uses extra dense tulle, which gives the skirt a nice weight and does not roll easily.
Dress is made of twist, flower lace and tulle and cotton/satin material, hand wash or dry cleaning.

Short sleeves, high-waisted design with hidden back zipper closure.
